What can be chosen and reformed is the system, what cannot be chosen and reformed is human nature. Once the institutional constraints fail, the weaknesses in human nature will appear.
Judging from this environmental problem, our team leader did not follow the duty requirements, our logistics department did not perform its duties well, and did not arrange a good duty , did not conduct inspections, our CEO is responsible for leading various departments and uploading and issuing tasks, but the tasks of this leading department are not very good. The CEO does not care about the work of each department, and each department does not perform well. Without the supervision of various departments, mistakes will happen sooner or later.
The work of the classmates is evaluated by each department; the work of each department is evaluated by the CEO; who will evaluate the work of our CEO? It’s Teacher Mi, but when Teacher Mi discovers a problem, it’s no small matter. It’s a serious problem. So we can modify our system, someone will supervise the CEO or replace the CEO to supervise our various departments. Even Westerners, no matter proud Americans or elegant French, Once they break away from the constraints of the system, they will be red if they are close to vermilion, and black if they are close to ink . Isn’t this our current situation, you don’t care about me, everyone doesn’t care, and in the end Mr. Mi takes care of it, and the problem is extremely serious.
I agree that systems are more reliable than people. Because people’s thoughts are very active, in an era without mind reading skills, you would never know what other people are thinking, and everyone has their own calculations. But people are social animals. In order to communicate with each other normally, it is necessary to formulate a code of conduct (that is, a system) that everyone generally agrees with and consciously abides by, as the premise and basis for dealing with people. Those who violate the system will be pressured and punished by other people who abide by the system, so as to ensure the implementation of the system. Otherwise, if everyone communicates according to their own calculations, there will definitely be countless conflicts and contradictions.
If you stand from the perspective of a manager, trust the system or trust people, this problem is obvious. However, cronyism is also widespread in family businesses, but it is not part of our discussion.
My point of view is that people have always had two inclinations of good and evil, and the system can shape people. It makes people good and evil. Moreover, the system is always aimed at the majority of people, and a system that can only bind a small number of people is ridiculous and unreasonable, and we will not discuss it. But for people, he is only interested in people or things related to his own interests. It can be seen that it is aimed at a small number of people.
Then the manager must control the overall situation, that is, control the majority of people. So the system is necessary. Where there are people, there are rules. Without rules, there is no circle, and there is no circle. People are a crowd, not a team. With a recognized and unified system, although people can’t control what they think, they can control what they do. No matter whether they are good or bad in their hearts, they still have to act according to the requirements of the system in the end, otherwise they have to pay the cost of violating the system. According to the requirements of the system, over time, our ideological understanding will also have a high understanding.
