This Photoshop tutorial mainly introduces the application of noise filter and cloud filter to create nebula effect. What is more unique is that the range of clouds can be controlled through blending options. Let’s take a look at the renderings first: Renderings 1. Create a new image, fill it with a black background, and then use [Filter_Noise_Add Noise]. The settings and effects are as shown in the following 2 pictures. Figure 1 Figure 2 2. Create a new layer, fill it with black or white, then use [Filter_Rendering_Layered Clouds], and press [CTRL_F] to repeat once or twice, and then change its blending mode to Screen. The effect is as shown in Figure 5. Then use [Layer_Layer Style_Blending Options] to make adjustments, as shown in the red arrow in Figure 6 below.
