Final effect: 1. Open the original image and use ‘Hue/Saturation’ under the image to produce a single color in the image. 2. Use the pen tool to create a working path 3. Press the CTRL key and click on the working path to bring up the path selection 4. Create a new layer, fill it with white, then CTRL+D to cancel the selection 5. Select the brush tool again, change the design of the brush, add some graphics of different sizes, and then change the layer transparency. 6. Create a new file of 20 pixels x 20 pixels. Select the rectangular marquee tool, change the state to fixed size, 1 pixel x 4 pixels, and then click the left mouse button in the file to create a selection. 8.
