Step 1. Open the original material.
Step 2. Duplicate the layer and set the duplicate layer’s blending mode to “Hard Light”.

Step 3. Duplicate the background layer again and place the duplicate layer on top of all layers. Press Ctrl + U to open the Hue/Saturation panel, set the hue to -180, the saturation to +70, and the lightness to -10. Set the layer blending mode to “Soft Light”.
Step 4. Create a new layer and adjust the hue/saturation of the layer. Set the hue to -100, the saturation to +35, and the brightness to -5.
Step 5. Create a new layer and use the butterfly brush to draw butterflies flying in the forest. You can use the free transform tool to change the flying direction of the butterflies. Select the Eraser Tool with 50% opacity and erase part of the butterfly to add a depth of field effect.

Step 6. Create a new layer, use the Rectangular Marquee Tool to create a rectangular selection and fill it with black.
Step 7. Filter render fibers with Difference 16 and Strength 4.

Step 8. Use the Free Transform tool to rotate the fiber layer.
Step 9. Use the filter blur motion blur, set the angle to 60 and the distance to 355. And set the layer blending mode to “Overlay” and the layer opacity to 60% to get the final effect.
