Operation steps:
Step 1: Open the picture where you want to add bubbles, click the dog-eared paper icon to create a new layer, set the foreground color to black, press Alt+delete, and fill it with black.
Step 2: Execute: Filter – Rendering – Lens Flare, choose any lens, here choose 105mm focus.
Step 3: Execute: Filter – Distort – Polar Coordinates, select “Polar Coordinates to Planar Coordinates”.
Step 4: Press Ctrl+T to start free transformation, then hold down the shift key and rotate 180 degrees; then execute again: Filter – Distort – Polar Coordinates, this time select “Planar Coordinates to Polar Coordinates”, so you get There is a bubble. Look at the proportions of the picture. Some are perfect circles and some are ellipses. If it is an ellipse, press Ctrl+T to start free transformation and stretch it to almost the size of a perfect circle.
Step 5: Use the elliptical marquee tool to create a circular selection on the bubble. Step 6: Add inner glow to make the bubbles more realistic.
