Step one:
Create a canvas, and then set the foreground color to: #abd46e and the background color to: #4aa350. Then go to Filter > Render > Clouds.
Then go to Filter > Artistic Effects > Paint Paint. The settings are as follows:
After clicking OK, go to Filter>Distort>Ocean Waves and set as follows:
After completing the above steps, we select Filter > Render > Lighting Effects. The settings are as follows:

Create a new layer and go to Filter>Noise>Add Noise. The fill color is the foreground color we used before. If you haven’t changed it, don’t change it. Then set the properties as follows:
Now our background is done. Next we will create the font.
Step 2:
Download and install the font, then set the color to: #abd46e.
Double-click the text to add a blended style.
Shadow: Just use the default value.

Now we reset the foreground and background colors. The foreground color code is: #c8e19d and the background color is: #658f40. Create a new layer, name it “Texture”, now hold down the CTRL key and click on the text layer, a marquee will appear. Then select the “Texture” layer with your mouse. Fill the foreground color—(#c8e19d).
Choose Filter > Render > Fibers. The settings are as follows:
After confirming, go to Filter > Brush Stroke > Angled Line. The settings are as follows:
After setting up, go to Filter>Distort>Ocean Ripple.
Finally set the blending options of this layer to “Soft Light”. Opacity: 40%.
